MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

 

I have read and understand the bylaws (Policies & Procedures and Membership Rules & Responsibilities) and agree to the terms set forth.

We the undersigned members of the Dunwoody Community Garden at Brook Run hereby agree to hold harmless Dunwoody Community Garden at Brook Run, its Board of Directors, Citizens for Dunwoody, and owners of the land for any damage, loss, liability, claim, demand, suit, cost and expense directly or indirectly resulting from, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Dunwoody Community Garden at Brook Run by the garden group, its successors, assigns, employees, agents and invites.
